Wellness incentive
Our WIN program offers seniors reimbursement for participating in numerous health-related activities.
Only DeanCare Gold members are eligible to participate. Benefits change on Jan. 1 of each year. You can be reimbursed for eligible services—up to $100 per calendar year.

Flu information
The U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommends a yearly flu vaccine. We are committed to ensuring you have access to your flu and H1N1 vaccination.
- See your Primary Care Provider to get your flu vaccine. Three is no charge when you get a flu vaccination from your in-network doctor.
- If you are unable to see your provider, you can get vaccinated at another provider, pharmacy or retail location. Members can be reimbursed up to $33 for vaccines provided at these locations.
If you use a out-of-network provider for your flu vaccination, submit a flu shot claim form (PDF) with a copy of your receipt to us.
