Log in to your member account, select Living Healthy, then select Nutrition as one of your lifestyle interests. Articles, videos, and challenges related to nutrition will appear on your WebMD One homepage for easy access. Use WebMD for:

  • Nutrition-related health topics, recipes, videos, interactive calorie counter, health trackers, dessert wizard, metabolism calculator, health condition guides, diabetes diet quiz, nutrition quiz, and health information on fast food choices.
  • Daily Habits, where you can select a goal or habit you want to start to improve yourself and hold yourself accountable. Daily Habit plans offer tips and tricks along the way.
  • Monthly wellness challenges such as drinking more water or increasing fruit and vegetable consumption as well as others that focus on all eight dimensions of wellness.
