Getting sick isn’t always convenient, but getting care should be. If you’re at home, the office, or anywhere in between, you can access care from an SSM Health provider right from your smartphone, computer, or tablet with an e-visit or a video visit.
What's an e-visit?
E-visits are for minor medical concerns. They give you the answers you need through a simple online form. An SSM Health provider will respond to your request electronically, with no need to schedule an appointment.
An e-visit is either $39 or the same as your primary care copay through insurance.
The most common conditions include:

Age restrictions apply and vary according to condition. If you are 81 or older, contact your doctor. An e-visit is not a covered benefit under Medicaid or ASO plans.
What's a video visit?
When you can’t meet with your regular provider or need after-hours care, SSM Health Express Virtual Care can help from the comfort of your home.
A video visit is either $59 or the same as your primary care copay through insurance.
You can use a video visit for:

A MyChart account is required for a video visit. Once your account is set up, you can connect with an SSM Health provider in less than 20 minutes during operating hours of 6 a.m. - 11 p.m., seven days a week.
