Welcome Center makes onboarding easier

Switching health plans can be stressful, but the Dean Health Plan Welcome Center* team is here to help your new and existing clients. From transferring medical records to selecting a new primary care provider, they can help make transitions smooth and easy.

The team of customer care professionals and registered nurses help with a variety of tasks:

Establishing a primary care provider that meets your clients’ needs
Helping transfer medical records
Activating MyChart accounts and helping link them to previous ones
Updating medical records through interviews
Reviewing upcoming appointments that need to be scheduled
Walking through preventive services
