New 2024 IFB customer care number for members

New customer care numbers for 2024 IFB questions and information for Dean Health Plan and Prevea360 Health Plan members and prospects is opening on Oct. 2, 2023.
Starting Oct. 2, 2023:
- Dean Health Plan members and prospects can call 1-877-394-9080 for 2024 IFB inquiries. This number will replace the current 1-800-279-1302 number for IFB inquiries for 2024 dates of service only and will be listed on 2024 IFB member ID cards.
- Prevea360 Health Plan members and prospects can call 1-877-357-3173 for 2024 IFB inquiries. This number will replace the current 1-800-230-7555 number for IFB inquiries for 2024 dates of service only and will be listed on 2024 IFB member ID cards.
For both of the new customer care numbers, hours of operation will be Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Closed Thursdays 8 – 9 a.m. for training.)
Current member customer care phone numbers will continue to be in place and should be used for all 2023 dates of service inquiries, including 2023 IFB inquiries.
