Lyft rides are currently available to Medicare Advantage and Individual plan members

Not only is preventive care important, but so is getting to that care. The health plan works together with Lyft to offer our Medicare Advantage and Individual and family plan members free rides to health-related appointments. This includes appointments with your primary care provider, specialists, physical therapy and even to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy.

As a Medicare Advantage member, you can receive 24 one-way rides each year. Individual and family plan members have unlimited rides per plan year.
