Each educational display includes a three-panel board that stands on a tabletop, as well as educational handouts with more detail on the topic. Interactives are also available for each topic. Provides information on what is considered a drink and how alcohol affects the body throughout life.

Substance abuse

Introduces three different kinds of substance abuse; illicit drugs, over the counter and prescription drugs. Also explains the health effects of substance abuse.

Resiliency & ACEs

Explains what Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) are and encourages participants to assess their ACE score and resiliency scores. Includes information about becoming more resilient.

Self-care & burnout

Explains the effects of burnout and how to address and recover from it. Also talks about burnout as a caregiver and how to take care of yourself while caring for other people. Introduces ways to practice self-care and the benefits of it.

Explains what metabolic syndrome is including the five indicators and tips for prevention, including knowing your numbers.

Cholesterol

Includes information on where cholesterol comes from, the different types of cholesterol, and ways to lower your cholesterol levels.

Diabetes

Contains a broad overview of the different types of diabetes, how to manage them, and ways to live healthy with diabetes.

Sun sense

Provides information on sunscreen, skin protection and skin cancer prevention, including the importance of sunscreen and how to self-check moles and freckles.

Sleep

Includes the mental and physical effects of getting adequate sleep with strategies for better sleep.

Flu vaccination

Provides an overview of the flu, best ways to fight it, and commonly asked questions about the flu vaccine.
