After more than 20 years in public education for the State of Wisconsin, Amy Beattie joins Dean Health Plan as a Health Transformation Consultant (HTC). In this role, you will see her and our other HTCs in Personal Wellness Plan screenings, Freedom from Smoking groups, a NAMI-developed training on how to address the stigma of mental illness, Critical Incident Stress Management training, and book clubs, among other wellness offerings. Amy and her husband have two grown children and live in Prairie du Sac. Her free time is spent hiking, reading, boating, antiquing, crafting, and traveling.
Dawn Bell

Dawn Bell joins the Client Services team as a Client Services Manager for Dean Health Plan’s large group accounts. Before joining Dean Health Plan, Dawn worked at NeuGen for the Health Tradition Health Plan. Dawn’s busy household includes her husband and three children, ranging from ages 2 to 7 years old, along with two cats and a dog. She plays recreational volleyball and enjoys taking the kids fishing as well as getaways with her husband to the Caribbean.

Chris Ceniti joins as the Senior Account Executive, ASO and Direct to Employer Services. Chris is uniquely positioned for the role. He spent much of his professional life in Prevention, Health Promotion, and Occupational and Corporate Health roles before he joined WEA Trust’s account management team. Chris managed most of WEA’s largest school district clients throughout the State of Wisconsin. Chris resides in Madison with his wife and son (a student-athlete at UW-Whitewater). Chris also enjoys coaching high school football and has done so for over 31 years.
Greg Nelson

Greg Nelson joins Dean Health Plan as Manager of the Client Services account managers for Large group and level-funded business under Dean Health Plan and Prevea360 Health Plan. He brings 4 years experience at NeuGen overseeing retention for WEA Trust and Health Tradition Health Plans and 19 years at WPS--13 years in account management and 5 years managing large group and ASO lines. Greg, his wife, two of their four children, and two dogs live in Pardeeville. Their two older children live independently. Greg and his family enjoy time together on the water, hiking, and doing anything that keeps them outdoors.
Andy O’Halek

Andy O’Halek joins Dean Health Plan as Director of Sales, working with the sales teams for both Dean Health Plan and Prevea360 Health Plan on small and large group sales. He will focus on groups that embrace the Integrated Delivery Network model as a way to stabilize their costs. Andy comes to Dean Health Plan from USI Insurance Services and consulted with almost 50 clients in geographies throughout the state. Andy lives in DeForest with his wife and two daughters, and when weather permits, loves to golf and ride bikes with his family.
