Remind your clients that the Dec. 31 deadline is approaching for them to earn up to $150 in wellness rewards by logging healthy activities like preventative health visits, exercise, webinars, and more. Completing the health assessment is worth $50 and provides a personalized health report and roadmap for better health. Adult dependents, age 18-26, can earn up to $100 in rewards.
