At this time, members of the below plan types can access their health information using an application:

  • Medicare
  • Medicaid
  • Individual + Family Marketplace plans

No. Although there are benefits to accessing your health information in this way, it's not necessary. Carefully consider your decision and only share your health data with applications you trust.

At this time, we only support the listed plan types. Sign in to your member account to find more plan information or contact Member Services with questions.

In general, Dean Health Plan does not permit minors to disclose their health information without a parent’s consent. Minors are not able to authorize the release of their information to an application.

If the application is registered with us, you'll select Dean Health Plan and then enter your member account credentials to authenticate your account. If you don't have a member account, there will be a link to the Dean Health Plan website to create one.

Yes. Using your portal account credentials helps us protect the privacy of your health information by making sure you are the only person able to access and share your data.

Contact the application developer using the support tool they have provided on the application. The application developer will try to resolve the issue, and if they are unable to, they will contact 1upHealth to troubleshoot together until the issue is resolved.

We do not recommend any specific application. You should carefully review an application’s privacy policy to make sure you are comfortable sharing your health information with that app. See the list of applications that have met the requirements to connect with us.
