If you're paying a medical bill, visit the SSM Health website to see your payment options.
Paying your Dean Health Plan insurance premium?
Choose any of these ways to pay your health insurance premium. These options aren't for paying a doctor or hospital bill. To complete a health plan enrollment, your premium payment must be received prior to your effective date.
Online
Make a one-time payment or set up future payments with your debit card, prepaid card, or bank account. If you purchased your plan through the Marketplace and need to make your first payment, you can pay online at HealthCare.gov.
You can pay 2023 invoices through your member portal.

Autopay
Set up automatic monthly payments directly from your bank. Simply complete and return the form on the back of your invoice, or use either of these forms:
Get Medicare Advantage form (PDF)
Get Individual + Family plan form (PDF)
Make your payments through the mail.
Return the bottom portion of your invoice with your premium payment in the enclosed envelope to Dean Health Plan at the address listed on your invoice.
