Additional cost-sharing may occur if brand-name prescriptions are filled when generic equivalents are available.

Pharmacies

Search for a plan pharmacy using the Find a Pharmacy tool, or for Walgreens members, search pharmacies.

Find a Doctor

Use Find a Doctor to look for healthcare providers. Be sure you select Commercial HMO/POS Insurance (Group or Individual Coverage) as your Product Type to start your provider search under the right plan.
 

Use Find a Location to look for clinics, hospitals and urgent care centers. Select Commercial HMO/POS as your plan type.
