Agent compensation
Title II, Section 202 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act requires health insurance issuers offering individual coverage to disclose direct or indirect agent compensation information to policyholders.
Standard commission

Bonus commission
| Number of individual plan members (excluding Medicare) insured at the end of each calendar month | Individual plan commission override |
| Any agency that attains 100 or more insured members will qualify for the Individual Plan Commission override | $8 per insured member per month |
