The Sneaky Smoothie
Vegetables are great in smoothies...you can sneak them in and your kids won’t even taste them when combined with other ingredients!
Ingredients:
1 cup ice cubes
½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt or skim/soy milk
½ cup frozen mixed berries
½ banana (peeled)
1 carrot (sliced)
½ cup pre-cooked beets
1/4 cup chopped spinach
1 Tbsp Honey
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
- Puree the mixture.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
