Soren's Secret Smoothie

1 frozen banana
1 handful (1/2 cup) frozen blueberries
1 handful fresh spinach
1 handful ice cubes
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (coconut or almond)
1 tsp cinnamon
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in a tall glass with a big straw.
- Don't tell the kids the ingredients until they've already had it. (The spinach is the secret ingredient!)
