Turkey and Avocado Wrap

Makes 4 servings

½ medium avocado
2 tablespoons plain fat free Greek yogurt
4 large low carbohydrate tortillas
12 ounces deli style turkey breast
4 teaspoons sunflower seeds
1 medium tomato, sliced
2 cups lettuce, shredded

1. Mix avocado and Greek yogurt together in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
2. Spread avocado mixture evenly onto 4 tortillas.
3. Top each tortilla with 3 ounces turkey, 1 tsp sunflower seeds, 2 slices tomato and ½ cup lettuce.
4. Roll tortilla into wrap-style sandwich.
