Spicy Pumpkin Apple Dip

3 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
⅓ cup packed brown sugar
⅔ cup canned pumpkin 
2 tablespoons maple syrup 
½ teaspoon cinnamon 
½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Sliced apples


  1. Place softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt in a bowl and beat with a mixer until well blended.
  2. Add brown sugar and mix.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until fluffy. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes to allow dip to thicken.
  4. Serve with apple slices.

Makes 2 servings.
