Spiced Hot Chocolate Tea

Ingredients
2 cups water
2 cups milk (whole, 2%, 1%, fat free) or almond milk or soy milk
4 black tea bags or 4 tablespoons loose black tea
2 tablespoon sugar or to taste
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon dark chocolate syrup

Directions
Bring milk and water just to a boil in 2-quart saucepan. Remove from heat and add tea bags (or loose tea placed in a tea infuser or muslin cloth). Cover and brew 2 - 3 minutes. Remove Tea Bags. Mix sugar and spices together. Add sugar spice mix and chocolate syrup to brew and stir. Garnish with a dash of cinnamon or shaved chocolate. Serve immediately.
