Pumpkin Yogurt Dip for Apples

15 ounce can pumpkin puree
2 cups light vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup brown sugar*
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Sliced apples to dip

Mix pumpkin with brown sugar, vanilla and spices, blend well. Add yogurt and stir until blended. Chill in refrigerator until ready to eat.

*More or less sugar to taste, a sugar substitute can be used instead.

Makes fifteen 1/4 cup servings.
