Pear Salad with Almonds
1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressings
1/2 cup orange juice
2 medium pears, peeled and diced
12 oz. chopped romaine lettuce
2 oz. sliced almonds, toasted
1.5 oz. goat cheese, crumbled
1. In a small bowl, whisk together Italian dressing and orange juice; set aside.
2. In a large salad bowl, toss together remaining ingredients.
3. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss again to coat.
