Jicama Fruit Salad

1 cup blueberries
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 peeled and cubed mango
1 cup peeled and cubed jicama
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice

In a medium bowl, stir together the berries, mango, and jicama. Add cilantro and lime juice. Stir until combined. Serve at room temperature or chilled. Makes four servings.
