Gluten Free Avocado Salsa (Ugly Dip)


1 firm avocado, seeded, peeled and chopped
1 medium tomato, chopped
3 green onions, sliced
1 small can (4 oz.) of chopped black olives
1 small can (4 oz.) of chopped green chiles
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar


  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Refrigerate for a couple hours or overnight.  
  3. Serve with baked tortilla chips, in tacos, or over rice and beans
