Cran-Apple Salad

3/4 cup light vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 medium Honeycrisp or other red apple of choice
1 medium Granny Smith apple
1/2 cup dried cranberries

1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

In a bowl, mix the yogurt and cinnamon. Slice apples into bite-size pieces. Add apples and cranberries to yogurt mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate until serving. Mix cinnamon with walnuts and sprinkle on apple salad before serving.

Makes six 1/2 cup servings.
