Citrus Compote

This is a lovely winter breakfast fruit dish.

2 grapefruit
2 navel oranges
2 blood oranges
Zest of one navel orange
1/3 cup honey

Peel grapefruit and oranges, removing membrane. Cut out sections. Combine honey and orange zest in saucepan and simmer 5 minutes. Pour honey over fruit and chill. Topping ideas: vanilla yogurt, slivered almonds, dried cranberries and walnuts.
