Chocolate Banana Swirl (Gluten-free Recipe)

2 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
1 Tbsp. of cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. of powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. of brown sugar
1 medium banana, sliced
½ tsp. cinnamon (optional)


Mix together the ricotta cheese, cocoa powder, powdered sugar and brown sugar until blended well. Taste the mixture and add extra sweetener as desired. Separate the ricotta mixture into 4 individual dessert cups or Ramekins. Top with sliced bananas, sprinkle with cinnamon.
