Chilled Raspberry Soup 

4 cups fresh raspberries
1 banana
1 cup light orange juice
1 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup fresh raspberries, for garnish
fresh mint leaves, for garnish


1. In a food processor or blender, whip the raspberries, banana, juice and sour cream until smooth.
2. Refrigerate the soup for at least one hour.
3. Serve the soup into small, chilled bowls and garnish with mint leaves and raspberries.

Makes 8 servings.
