Medical Policy Announcements

Beginning September 1, 2012, all genetic tests other than those specified in the DHP Medical Policy MP# 9012 will require a prior authorization through the DHP Medical Affairs department. Prior authorization will require that an in-plan genetic counselor be involved in the genetic test ordering process.
