Face-to-face, telephonic and video medical interpreters are available to assist with communication and ensure quality language access. There is no cost to the patient or family for interpretation.
Video Remote Interpreting
Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) access is currently available at five locations, including our three Urgent Care locations:
This VRI network offers you access to certified interpreters on demand, with no advanced notice required. The mobile video units can move with you from check-in to your exam room, as well as to lab and medical imaging.
