That's why we created Dean Health Plan Listens.Dean Health Plan Listens is an efficient way for you to provide feedback about your experiences by filling out surveys. The surveys are easy to complete on your phone or computer. We'll even text you when a survey is ready, so you never miss one.
When you join our panel of survey recipients, you will be an integral part of helping us make system-wide improvements, upgrades and changes that will directly impact our mission to deliver exceptional health care to a growing, diverse population. How do I join?
When you sign up to become a part of the Dean Health Plan Listens panel, you'll be asked to give some basic contact information and some demographic information about you and your family. This information will never be sold or shared with anyone outside of Dean Health Plan.
