Meal plans are individualized to meet personal health needs, food preferences and lifestyle.
Our dietitians can assist with eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and binge eating disorders. In a safe, non-judgemental environment, our dietitians help individuals identify their eating patterns and develop strategies for meeting their nutritional needs.
Dietitians provide nutrition counseling on low-cholesterol and low-fat diets, consistent with the National Cholesterol Education Program guidelines. Patients with high cholesterol and/or triglyceride levels are encouraged to meet with a dietitian.
Dietitians work closely with primary care physicians and referring specialists, including our Comprehensive Weight Management Program, to help individuals develop skills to achieve and maintain a healthy weight.
Diabetes Management Support

Our dietitians help teach the Living Well With Diabetes class, which is for people with Type 2 Diabetes. This class focuses on providing knowledge and skills in diabetes self-management.
