In some situations it may be beneficial for a patient to have all of their obstetrical care followed by a Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist.

Our perinatologists specialize in diagnosing and caring for women at high risk during pregnancy, including those with the following conditions:

  • High blood pressure
  • Diabetes 
  • Cystic fibrosis
  • Thyroid disorders 
  • Blood-clotting disorders 
  • Previous pregnancy complications 
  • A history of early labor or deliveries 
  • Multiple gestation
