Dean Health System / Employment Policy

Dean Health System values its relationship with employees. This relationship is best achieved if there is a mutual respect between employees and the organization. Each employee deserves fair, reasonable and objective treatment, a clean and pleasant working environment and good compensation.

It is the policy of Dean Health System, at all of its clinics, to employ qualified persons of the highest caliber without discrimination against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, color, sex, handicap, national origin, age, marital status, sexual orientation or status as a disabled veteran, special disabled veteran or veteran of the Vietnam era, except where a bona fide occupational qualification exists under applicable regulations.

The Dean Health System will also take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified individuals with handicaps, qualified disabled veterans, special disabled veterans and veterans of the Vietnam era at all levels of employment, including the executive level.
