For 2008, we are offering a new dental provider - Ameritas Group Dental.
- You are free to use any dental provider, plus, you will save the deductible when using a Ameritas contracted dentist.
- $2,000 annual benefit
- $1,750 lifetime orthodontia benefit.

When visiting your dentist's office, please indicate to them that you are a State of Wisconsin employee and have dental coverage under Ameritas Group Dental. Please present your new dental ID card to your dental provider. If you have any further questions about your dental coverage, please contact our Customer Service department at (800) 279-1301 or (608) 828-1301.
