Q. Where can I find my group number?
A. Your group number is located at the top of your membership ID card:
Q.What if I forgot my group number?
A.If you forgot your group number, and cannot locate your ID card please contact Customer Service at (800) 279-1301.
Q. Why can't I view these documents on my computer?
A. In order to view the documents in the Document Center, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or higher installed on your computer. Download the Adobe Acrobat Reader here.

Q.What if I want a printed version of this information?
A. Adobe Acrobat has a built in printing feature that will allow you to create a paper copy of the documents in the Document Center. Click on the printer icon in Adobe Acrobat to print the document you are viewing.
