2 cups whole grain round "O" oat cereal
2 cups whole grain square cereal
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds kernels
Directions
Combine all ingredients
in a large mixing bowl. Depending on the size and appetite of your
child, scoop 1/4 to 1/2 cup
servings into snack size plastic bags.
NOTE: This healthy trail mix makes
a great alternate to snack chips. The type of dried fruit, nuts
and seeds can be varied to meet your
child’s preference.
