1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen 2 kiwi fruits, peeled and sliced. (Use well-ripened kiwis.) 1 cup skim milk*
* For a thicker, sweeter smoothie substitute the milk with non-fat or low-fat vanilla yogurt.
Directions 1. Place frozen banana, kiwi slices and milk in a blender. 2. Process till smooth. 3. Serve immediately.
Makes one serving.
