1 8-inch whole wheat flour tortilla
2 Tbsp peanut butter *
1/3 granny smith or other apple, cut in thin slices
1 Tbsp low fat granola
* Substitute
peanut butter with low-fat cream cheese, if
preferred.
Directions
Spread the peanut butter or cream
cheese on the whole wheat flour tortilla. Sprinkle with the granola.
Place apple slices on top.
Roll the tortilla up tight.
