Linda Sparks named Patient Advocacy Manager
MADISON, WI — Linda Sparks, previously a Contract Specialist at the Dean Business Office, has accepted the Patient Advocacy Manager position for Dean Health System. She has more than 20 years of experience in patient issue resolution.
Sparks holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration. She is on the adjunct faculty at Cardinal Stritch University and Upper Iowa University, teaching classes in business, management, economics and business ethics.
Before joining Dean in January of this year, Linda was a business manager for 20 years for an independent medical group in Janesville. In that role, she managed all aspects of the office, and developed policies and processes to manage patient complaints.
