Dean Work Well / Industrial Rehab Therapy

A multidisciplinary team of Dean Physical and Ooccupational Therapists work in conjunction with a patient’s physician, employer, insurance carrier, and rehabilitation nurse to provide the most efficient care for an injured worker. A physician referral is required for these services.

Dean's Work Well clinic offers individualized programs for preventing, or rehabilitating industry/work-related injuries. Some of the services provided include:

• job-specific activities and work-task simulation
• work hardening and work conditioning programs
• functional capacity evaluations
• pre-employment testing
• job-site assessments
• on-site ergonomic and therapy services

Additional services include:

• outpatient physical therapy and occupational therapy for work-related injuries
• business and community education
