Our Women's Group Therapy sessions address issues of self-esteem, assertiveness, stress, weight management, and relationships.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Groups
The Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) groups are time-limited groups focusing on a specific diagnosis, such as depression, anxiety, anger management, and chronic pain. Group members learn skills and strategies to change internal thought processes and behaviors which perpetuate difficulties in these areas.

Parenting Group (Disruptive Behavior Disorders)
The
Parenting Group is designed for parents of children
(ages 5-11) with disruptive behavior disorders, such as ADHD,
Oppositional Defiant Disorder, or mood disorders including Bipolar
Disorder.
This is an eight or nine-week group in which parents learn specific
information about their child’s diagnosis, review psychiatric
medications used with children, and learn specific communication
skills and
behavior modification techniques to apply in the home. Download

Life Trap Groups
Life Trap group therapy sessions are for patients who are more advanced in their mental health treatment process. In these groups involving both men and women, patients gain insight into and learn strategies for changing self-defeating patterns of behavior repeated throughout their life times.
