provide the best care possible for people living with diabetes.
Our Diabetes Nurse Specialists provide care for the following:

Each Diabetes Nurse Specialist has received specialty education and training, holds a Master’s degree, and is nationally board certified. Diabetes Nurse Specialists are licensed to provide expert specialty care which includes assessment, treatment, prescribing medications, making referrals to other providers, as well as making recommendations to achieve desired goals.
Dean's Diabetes Nurse Specialists participate in continuing education throughout their career to maintain national certification, which includes courses in pharmacology. Their primary focus is preventive healthcare, treatment, and education.
