What To Expect At Your Appointment
When you visit a Dean Allergy and Immunology specialist:

- You will be asked how you are feeling and if you are taking any medications.
- You may be asked to do a breathing test (pulmonary function testing).
- You may be asked to have an X-ray of your lungs and sinuses.
- You may be asked to do an allergy skin test.
- Your doctor will work with you to choose the best treatment options for you. This will include fine-tuning the dosage of any medication that is prescribed, and monitoring its effectiveness.
- Your doctor may refer you to another specialist if needed.
- Our staff will help you find the information and resources you need to cope with your condition.
