requirements of the 6-week skin care regimen on the Obagi Nu-Derm System.
The Obagi Blue Peel is a program of gradual correction designed to provide

Intense Pulsed Light Therapy - Permanent Hair Removal
Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Therapy provides pulses of filtered light that are directed onto the skin and absorbed by the hair follicles. The light is absorbed by the pigments and converted to heat. The heat loosens the hair and disables cells responsible for growing new hair. The result is permanent hair removal.
