Integrative Medicine Consultations
Integrative Medicine consultations are available Monday-Friday with Dr. Robert Edwards, and on Tuesday mornings with Dr. Mary Ellen Sabourin. These appointments are meant to be a supplement to your regular health care and are for those who are seeking a holistic approach to their health care. Integrative Medicine consultations require two appointments.
During the initial visit the doctor will do an extensive interview with you about your health concerns, eating and exercise habits, relationships, supplements you are using, stress levels, and much more. At the second visit the doctor will offer suggestions for life style changes that will help you achieve your health and wellness goals. Call (608) 254-5400 to schedule an appointment.

Dean Clinic - Lake Delton Integrative Medicine offers health and wellness classes, programs and events throughout the year. Some sessions are free. All are open to the public. Insurance Card — Please remember to bring your insurance card to simplify the registration process and ensure your records are current. We accept patients with Medicare, Medicaid, and self-pay. We welcome Dean Health Plan and most other major insurance providers.
Form of ID — Please be prepared to provide a photo ID when you check-in for your appointment. We do not need a picture to provide care and will not withhold treatment due to lack of identification. Acceptable forms of ID include Driver's License, State Issued ID, Student ID, Military ID or Proof of Residence (Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Pay Check).
