Scott joined Dean in 1990 to establish Dean Clinic's in-house medical staff recruitment program. With more than twenty years of experience in recruitment, Scott oversees the medical staff recruitment activities for Dean Clinic. Prior to joining Dean, Scott worked for the Office of Rural Health at the University of North Dakota Medical School and later developed the in-house physician recruitment program for Fairview Hospitals in Minneapolis, MN.
Scott is an active member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters and the Wisconsin Association of Physician Recruiters (WSPR). Scott is currently serving on the ASPR Board of Directors and as a Member of the ASPR Benchmarking Committee. Scott presents regularly for the ASPR 101 and 201 Educational Forums at the ASPR Annual Meeting as well as regional meetings throughout the year. Scott previously served for six years on the ASPR Board of Directors, initially as a Board member and later as President of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters. Scott also served as the Co-Chair of the ASPR Strategic Planning and Bylaws Committee from 2000 to 2009.

Tim joined the Dean team in May 2011. A Rock County native and UW-Oshkosh graduate, he moved to Madison in 1984 to assume an Account Executive position with WISC-TV. Tim has been in the healthcare arena since 1992 when he joined GlaxoSmithKline as a Sales Representative, serving the Primary Care, Psychiatry and Neurology specialists located in communities throughout Southern Wisconsin. Tim is an active member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters and the Wisconsin Association of Physician Recruiters (WSPR).

Kate joined Dean in 1995 as a member of the Human Resources Department. With more than twenty years of recruitment experience, Kate has been working in medical staff recruitment since 2000. Prior to joining Dean, Kate was the Human Resources Manager for Davis Duehr Eye Associates, S.C., who in 1995 merged with Dean to become Davis Duehr Dean.
Kate is an active member of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters and the Wisconsin Association of Physician Recruiters (WSPR). Kate previously served on the ASPR Newsletter Committee, and was previously a member of the Wisconsin Medical Group Human Resources Association, serving as President in 1999.

Chris Kashnig joined the Dean team in 2008. He has more than 20 years of medical staff recruitment experience, including ten years with Christie Clinic in Champaign, Illinois and four years with Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In both cases Chris developed the in-house recruitment program. Prior to working in Oshkosh, he worked for a recruitment agency in Milwaukee.
While in Illinois Chris was active in the Illinois Association of Physician Recruiters (ISPR) and is now active in the Wisconsin association (WSPR). For many years Chris has been involved as both a mentor and a member of the Regional Development Committee of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR), the national association. A native of Green Bay, Chris has a BA from the University of Notre Dame and both an MS and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is a Certified Medical Staff Recruiter.

Alissa Carroll joined Dean in October 2008 as a Senior Medical Staff Services Specialist. She graduated from Marian College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin with a B.S. in Psychology in 2000. Upon graduation from college, Alissa began her medical staff recruitment career with a retained search firm located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Alissa is well versed in the recruitment of both primary care and specialty care physicians for rural and urban areas. She is excited to be part of the Dean team!
