Dean Health Plan Ranks Highest in Member Satisfaction Among Health Plans in the Minnesota-Wisconsin Region

March 12, 2014 (Madison, Wis.) – Dean Health Plan ranks highest in member satisfaction with health plans in the Minnesota-Wisconsin region. This is according to the J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Member Health Plan StudySM released Monday. Dean Health Plan also ranked highest from 2009-2012.

Now in its eighth year, the study measures member satisfaction among 138 health plans in 18 regions throughout the U.S. by examining six key factors: coverage and benefits; cost; provider choice; customer service; information and communication; and claims processing.

Dean Health Plan achieved the highest overall score of any health plan in the Minnesota-Wisconsin region, scoring highest in the region for:

  • Coverage and benefits
  • Information and communication
  • Provider choice
  • Cost
