The New Dean Clinic – Baraboo Specialty Services Medical Office Building Set to Open

Doors will open Monday, March 3

The new Dean Clinic – Baraboo Specialty Services medical office building, adjacent to the west side of St. Clare Hospital, 1626 Tuttle Street, will open Monday, March 3 to serve our consumers in a larger, environmentally pleasing and accommodating facility.  Over 22 specialty services will now be available in the Baraboo clinic, along with Davis Duehr Dean Eye Care. The specialty services staff will be able to offer consumers enhanced amenities like a larger optical center and infusion therapy and the building is conveniently connected to the hospital for a seamless delivery of services.

As part of the Monday opening, the hospital’s main entrance will be relocated to Tuttle Street.  The new main entrance will be open Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., with 24-hour emergency access via the 14th Street Emergency Department. The Patient Access Services team is scheduled to move into the current specialty clinic space to create a seamless linkage between the new clinic and hospital services and the hallway along the west side of the hospital will also be opened up for escorted access to imaging and lab services and other shared processes.  To commemorate opening day, St. Clare Hospital President Sandy Anderson, alongside Julie Maier, Dean Specialty Services Administer, will be parking cars as special guest members of the valet team.

An open house to showcase the clinic and hospital has been scheduled for Thursday, May 8 from 4 pm to 7 pm.  Watch for more details in April.
