New MyChart Features Available

Paperless billing and online test results are included in the latest MyChart update.

Dean Clinic’s more than 140,000 MyChart users can now use some highly anticipated features. The recently implemented features will help reduce the paper mailing items patients receive and provide better interaction between patients and their health care providers.

One of the highly anticipated features is paperless billing. Users can now opt-in to the service to replace statements sent in the mail. An email notification will be sent when a new statement is available through MyChart. This feature gives patients another way to interact with the clinics, in addition to making it easier for patients to directly their bill.

Another new feature for patients is the ability to view their medical imaging test results directly in MyChart. This option was the number one requested feature in our user survey and Dean Clinic is excited to provide the service to all MyChart users.

Dean Clinic is constantly working to improve our MyChart user experience. If you are not yet signed up for MyChart, head over to deancare.com/mychart to register today.
