New Edgerton Clinic Set to Open
Dean Clinic – Edgerton Will Officially Open
its Doors the Third Week of April
Dean Clinic is pleased to announce that we will begin seeing
patients at the new clinic location on Monday, April 16th. The new clinic, which is attached to Edgerton
Hospital, will offer patients a full continuum of care in one location.
“All of a patient’s needs can be met in one location”, says
Nancy Ford, Dean Clinic Regional Director.
“They will no longer need to make a trip across town. With both our clinic and the hospital being
partnered with St. Mary’s we will have the ability to access and exchange
patient information resulting in improved communication between providers, patients
and the hospital systems. This will make
patient care more efficient and patient centered”.
The new state of the art location will have more exam rooms
than the previous location. X-ray
services have been upgraded to digital and laboratory interface with the
hospital allows immediate test resulting to the clinic physician.
Dean Clinic – Edgerton currently has three Family Medicine
physicians, one Internal Medicine physician and a Physician Assistant. Dean also has visiting specialists at the
Edgerton location who provide care in Neurology, OB/GYN, General Surgery,
Urology, Cardiology, and Podiatry. The
new clinic is also home to the Dean Clinic Regional Business Office.
“We are thrilled to finally be opening the doors to this new
clinic,” says Ford. “We now have a high
quality coordinated healthcare system that is poised to improve patient service
and offer a full spectrum of great care in a great facility.”
The general public will have a chance to see the new clinic
in person at an Open House scheduled for May 19th from 9:00 AM to
12:00 noon.
