Dr. Patrick Litonjua to End his Dean Clinic Practice

After much consideration and a rewarding medical practice over the last two years, Dr. Patrick Litonjua is announcing his resignation from Dean Clinic to pursue other opportunities. His last day at Dean Clinic – Dodgeville, Specialty Services will be January 23, 2012.

Please know that his colleagues are available to continue to provide Endocrinology services in Madison at Dean Clinic – Fish Hatchery. These colleagues include Dr. Pennapa Chan, Dr. Clarisse Ethridge, Dr. Bharat Raman, Dr. Paul Reber, Dr. Seema Sidhwani, Dr. Vidushi Sood and Kathleen Gamoke, PA-C. Please keep in mind that prescription refills Dr. Litonjua has approved for patients will no longer be valid once he ceases practice, and must be authorized by another practicing physician. Medication refill requests can also be directed to (608) 252-8000.
